Semua agen Takaful adalah tertakluk kepada Keperluan Kontrak bagi Agen bagi pengendali Takaful masing-masing.Sila rujuk contoh keperluan sasaran jumlah kes terbaru seperti di bawah.
Requirement for Agent
1. The review of production requirement for Maintenance of Contract for agents will be carried out on half-yearly basis. (Sebelum ini quarterly review)
2.The minimum Maintenance of Contract requirements for agents is 18,000 NPC per annum.
3. Agents who do not meet the minimum production set for two consecutive review period will have their contract terminated.

| by 31 December 2010 | 18,000 NPC (Total 15 cases of RM100 monthly contribution) |
4. Minimum First Year Persistency of 85%. Client with Auto debit is recommended.
5. Complete a minimum of 30 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
6. Comply with BNM and Company guidelines, and MTA’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Note: QA’s contract will be terminated if QA fails to meet First Year Persistency of 85%, Minimum Production and 30 Hours CPD.
